1. Nature of Services

• All products offered by BoostifyGulf are digital marketing services (followers, likes, views, engagement).
• No physical shipping or tangible goods are provided.
• Delivery is executed online directly to the platform or profile specified by the customer.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders typically begin processing within 1–6 hours after successful payment.
• Large or high-volume orders may require 12–48 hours for full completion.
• Processing times may vary due to platform restrictions, system load, or user-provided errors.

3. Customer Obligations

• Your social media profile must remain public for the entire duration of service delivery.
• You must provide accurate and complete information (username, link, post URL).
• Changing your username, setting your profile to private, or deleting content during delivery voids eligibility for replacement or refund.

4. Service Verification & Completion

• Delivery is considered complete when the purchased quantity is sent to the specified account or URL.
• Third-party analytics or “count checkers” are not accepted as validation; only internal delivery logs are recognized.
• Minor drops or natural fluctuations caused by platform algorithms do not constitute incomplete delivery.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Replacements

• Refunds are only available if the service has not started.
• Once delivery begins, the order becomes strictly non-refundable.
• If BoostifyGulf cannot complete an order due to internal issues, a partial or full refund may be issued.
• No refund/replacement is provided when the customer violates platform rules or alters their profile during delivery.

6. Service Limitations & Platform Responsibility

• BoostifyGulf is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by platform updates, algorithm changes, or account actions (suspensions, shadowbans, removals).
• Retention is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product description.

7. Liability Disclaimer

BoostifyGulf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including but not limited to loss of engagement, account restrictions, or reputational impact.
