Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour if service delivery has not started.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

• Service not delivered as promised
• Verified technical issue on our side

No refunds are issued once a service has been started or completed.

3. Returns

As we offer digital services, returns are not applicable.
